We're Reilly and Susan O'Grodnick—husband and wife, professional pilots, and the founders of AirplaneLocator.

The idea for AirplaneLocator was born during our time as Certified Flight Instructors. Like many pilots building flight time, we struggled to find reliable airplane rentals. What should have been a straightforward process often depended on word-of-mouth connections and fragmented local networks. We knew there had to be a better way.

That experience inspired us to create AirplaneLocator—a platform designed to bring the aviation community together by making it easier for pilots to find airplane to rent and for airplane owners to safely connect with qualified renters. Our mission is to simplify the rental process while creating new opportunities for owners to generate income from their airplane.

Today, as active airline pilots, we remain deeply connected to the aviation community and are passionate about helping others achieve their flying goals. AirplaneLocator is built on the values that guide everything we do: Simplicity, Integrity, Care, and Confidence. These principles shape our commitment to providing a trusted marketplace where pilots and airplane owners can connect with confidence.

When we're not flying or working on AirplaneLocator, we enjoy traveling, mentoring aspiring pilots, spending time with family and friends, volunteering in our communities, and giving back to the aviation industry that has given us so much.

Our goal is simple: to help strengthen the aviation community by making meaningful connections easier than ever. We hope AirplaneLocator helps you discover new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and spend more time doing what you love—flying.

Happy tailwinds, and welcome aboard!
